Reheated fries in my poutine. Very disappointed. Very little cheese.

Verry bad poutine. Old fries, cheese an sauce on top only. I order a Large poutine extra-sauce, then I got 1/4 of poutine and 3/4 of fries 😡😡😡

Today, June 22, 2019 I ordered two club sandwiches. Service was slow. THE FOOD was terrible. The fries were dark and greasy, (unable to eat them and were thrown out). The sandwiches were skinny with barely any meat and bacon. The cashier was nice and friendly but the kitchen staff was slow. Too much talking and fooling around in the kitchen from my perspective.

Exactly what you'd expect from a greasy casse-croute, with a tacky retro diner decor.

Not even worth 1 star. Took 30 minutes to get served, without counting the 20 minutes waiting in line. The cashier looked so lost tring to find things on the computer, barely paid attention to what I was trying to order. Asked for takeout 10 minutes before my order was ready, since of the long wait, and still, they didn't listen! Also, the fries were old, super stale, and thr sauce was way to liquid-y! Used to get my food there all the time, but definitely never going there again!

Best fries in town...service good..the rest..not much of anything in there club sandwich.

Great little place for fries, hotdogs and poutine

I was really disappointed the first time I ate here - lightly cooked fries, overcooked pogos, generally meh. Two years later I finally went back. This time I had the best french fries I've had in at least a decade. Absolutely delicious. So not very consistent, but really really good this time.

Waited over 20 minutes for a family bag of fries. This used to be a great little burger joint but over the years the price have gotten out of control and the food has lost everything that made them special.

Feels like they changed their cheese for the poutines, it feels super low quality now, their poutine isn't worth it anymore, go to Lou Lou

Terrible customer service. Ordered on skip the dishes, received order with a hair in my poutine, no cutlery to eat it (not that I would have after the hair), pogo had no sweet mustard. I called and spoke with the manager who said pogos are not served with mustard, the hair is not possible since they wear hairnets to which I said ill send him a picture. I asked them to send me a new poutine with a mustard for the pogo. He rudely said if you want a new poutine then come here and get it, we are not sending it to you (even though its their fault and I paid their delivery fee). I asked to speak with the owner and the manager hung up on me as he muttered something I couldnt make out. This place should seriously train their employees to know customer service comes first. Will not be going back, ever.

Old school snack place with amazing poutine. This place just has this little something that most don't. Kinda reminds me of when I wss a kid going to the local resraurant with my grand parents. Just love the way it looks, the smell and the overall "feel" of the place. Sometimes you can wait for a while for the order but it's totally worth it!

They keep me coming back JUST for the poutine, but they actually have an entire MENU of other goodies I should try one day!

Great poutine place (#2 in my list in Gatineau), they have the normal chip stands food at a good price. Btw: hot dogs are sliced and grilled there if that's what you like!

They didnt put chese bacon on both my orders. Fries were old . When I called to tell then they will give a free $1 hot dog. No thank you will touch your food again. Not fresh at all

Honestly a good place, love it. That being said the special of the day is 50 cents less then on any regular day? My guy what is even the point of having a special. I would easily give 5 stars to this great poutine spot. But I cant fathom how silly your 50 cent off specials are.Alright then I stand corrected. 5 starts.

Slow service!!! Waited 30 minutes for an order!!!

Horrible just horrible . 30 minute wait , count the 20 minute wait just to give our order . Fry’s old and stale , way to watery gravy . Cashier looked lost . I work in the food industry, I get it . But that was totally unacceptable. Not to mention , there was grainy texture to my fry’s .

Horrible! All I ordered was a whistle dog and a small poutine... and they told me there were 2 people ahead of me. 25 minutes later and several phones orders later, I inquired and they said they were throwing the weiner on now. It took over 30 minutes and they screwed up the order by giving me a try instead of poutine. Then the lady owner (who was not very friendly) grudgingly corrected the order and stated she wouldn't charge me. Will I go back? Doubtful.

Miss the previous owners/staff. But if you want an expensive menu, slow staff, slow kitchen and have lots of time to kill, then by all means drop by and wait in line.... Then when it's your turn to order, surprise! Wait again. They prepare one order at a time. I'm done with this place.

Order took twice as long than other similar places. Happened to us twice when ordering club sandwich. Also witnessed two order mixups during my last two visits.Summary: Food is great... service, not so much. The cashier is a nice person and handled the issues courteously.

It is totally unreasonable to wait 30+ minutes for a bag of sub par, soggy fries. I understand it was 5pm but it is totally unacceptable. Will NEVER go again.

I have to say their burgers taste really delicious. Good beef. The poutine is the best in Gatineau. Theirs fries are good. I do find they need a better air system the place is sticky but I can take it to go.

Food is usually very good, however the cooks are inexperienced beyond measure, they cannot handle more then 1 ticket at a time. Clearly. Say someone ordered everything on the menu and you came right after to order a simple fry. They will do the entire 30 minute order before getting to your fry. Which is plain dumb over lack of experience.

The quality of the food and service has gone down drastically. Very long waiting times for simple orders. Other that had ordered before I arrived were waiting more than 45 minutes for small orders. It wasn,t a packed restaurant either. Very disappointed.

IMPORTANT EDIT:This place use to be good. Today i was serve the absolute most vile coleslaw, fries completely burnt, and a club sandwich that was completely cold, will never return period.

Hit and miss! Sometimes it taste fresh and yummy, others times fries taste like they’ve been fries in month old oil!

Worst meal of the year so far. Ordered hot dogs and a poutine...poutine had sand in it...dirty fries! Hot dogs came with a nice sesame bun, but were split in half lengthwise for faster cooking. It also cools the dog down faster and, once a condiment is added, is back to room temperature. I wish cooks would learn to STOP THIS PRACTICE! A hot dog stays whole...PERIOD! Two fatal flaws in one meal. Never going back...YOU'RE FIRED!!! I wish the post would allow me to give less than the min 1 star. Threw it all out after two bites and will not even be requesting a reimbursement as I sense the place will be out of business soon.

Not impressed with the three tiny chicken strips we paid $10 for, the coleslaw tasted really funky and they cut the hotdogs in half!?

Decent little restaurant with decent food, bit high priced and I don't like how they slice the hot dogs.
